Edward forged valves are produced on a fully automated CNC machine line providing precise process control. 

During the production of Edwards Valves, cast valve quality is maximised by producing castings using a directional solidification process from our engineers' patterns. This process assures high strength, void-free castings.

In critical service conditions, Edwards gate valves reliably meet or exceed customer expectations. That is how Edward forged and cast steel valves have become the preferred choice for power plants, process facilities, and other critical services.
